Available Positions
Brief Overview

New hires will start at position #1 The Sale Representative position. Those who perform well with the desire to grow will have the opportunity to take the next step resulting in a position promotion to position #2 Sales Team Manager.
Becoming a Team Manager will require more responsibilites but will also deliver more rewards such as a % of commission from each sale completed by sales reps you train and manage.
As you grow and advance in positions the rewards you accumulate continue to grow with you as well.
Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
- Complete your infield training with your sales manager.
- Arrive at the sales office each day (Mon-Fri) to meet with your team and manager for a quick meeting before going into the work field.
- Hit the field to start generating leads using our finely tuned D2D (door to door) strategy then convert those leads into sales.
Sales Team Manager
Responsibilities
- Train newly hired sales reps in the field.
- Assist your Crew Cordinator in planning areas to market in for each week.
- Transport your team to the area you’re working each day.
- Hit the field to start generating leads using our finely tuned D2D (door to door) strategy then convert those leads into sales.
- Communicate with your sales reps throughout the day to make sure they are motivated and not experiencing any issues.
- Report results to your Crew Coordinator providing them with sales data for each day/week.
Crew Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings each day to help teach and motivate sales teams.
- Help managers train newly hired sales reps in the field.
- Plan areas for your teams to market in for each week.
- Assist your Team Managers in transporting Sales Reps to the areas they’re working each day.
- Hit the field to start generating leads using our finely tuned D2D (door to door) strategy then convert those leads into sales.
- Communicate with your Team Managers throughout the day to make sure they are motivated and not experiencing any issues.
- Report team results to your office leader and provide them with sales data for each day/week.
Office Director
Responsibilities
- Assist crew coordinators with conducting meetings to help teach and motivate sales teams.
- Conduct meetings with Crew Coordinators each week to evaluate performance and assist growth for their teams and reps.
- Communicate with your Crew Coordinators each day to see what can be done to help increase results
- Help organize events within your city to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Create and track office goals for you and your crew coordinators.
- Cordinate with recruiter to build and execute recruiting budget/plans to grow your office
- Report results for your office to company managers and provide them with sales data for each day/week.
